2008–2012 - Expanding Product Lines and Entering Global Markets

Expanded our product portfolio and successfully developed fully automatic roll forming lines for electrical distribution boxes, fire-fighting cabinets, and seismic support systems, establishing two core product segments: electrical enclosures and construction profiles.

Obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification and standardized the entire design, manufacturing, and quality inspection process.

Began expanding into overseas markets, with our first roll forming machines exported to Southeast Asia and Central Asia, marking the first step in our global expansion.

Became a member of the Metal Structure Association of the Ministry of Construction and actively participated in technical exchanges within China's roll forming industry.

Introduced advanced CNC machining centers, CNC wire-cut EDM machines, profile testing platforms, and other high-precision manufacturing and inspection equipment. We also widely adopted 3D CAD simulation design to significantly improve profile forming accuracy.

Obtained CE certification for our equipment, meeting the market access requirements of the European Union and supporting continued expansion into Europe, the Middle East, and South America.

Independently developed an integrated production line combining servo continuous punching with inline roll forming, breaking away from traditional segmented processing methods. Fully automatic production lines for electrical enclosure components became one of our flagship product lines.

2023 - National High-Tech Enterprise Recognition

Officially recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, marking national-level recognition of our R&D and innovation capabilities.

Recognized as an Innovative Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise in Shandong Province.

Signed a university-industry cooperation agreement with the School of Mechanical Engineering at Jinan University and jointly established industry-academia-research and practical training bases. The cooperation focuses on high-precision roll forming technologies for automotive profiles and new energy electrical enclosures.

Officially launched the R&D project for complete roll forming equipment solutions for automotive profiles, entering the intelligent manufacturing sector for automotive components.

2025 - Deepening Cooperation with Leading Manufacturers

Officially established cooperation with Weichai Lovol and undertook automotive component processing projects, further integrating into the supply chains of construction machinery and commercial vehicle components.

Continued to optimize intelligent production line solutions by integrating AI visual inspection, remote equipment maintenance, and production data traceability systems. We launched a new generation of fully automatic, unmanned roll forming production lines for the industry.

Continued to expand our patent portfolio, including multiple utility model patents related to roll forming technology for new energy electrical enclosures.

Our factory was established in 2004 and is located in Weifang, Shandong Province, China. We are a comprehensive high-tech enterprise integrating equipment manufacturing, mold processing, and technological research and development. With strong expertise in precision forming technology, we are committed to providing high-quality cold roll forming equipment and customized profile manufacturing solutions for global customers.

Our factory is equipped with comprehensive R&D facilities and advanced supporting infrastructure. We own more than 20 sets of high-end precision equipment, including new-generation machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC wire-cut EDM machines, and large-scale automotive profile stretch-bending test platforms.

Our factory provides customized cold roll forming production lines tailored to meet the specific requirements of different customers. Our production lines can be integrated with various advanced processes and systems, including automatic material loading and changing systems, cutting and punching systems, as well as complex welding, riveting, bending, handling, and packaging systems. Through highly automated and integrated production solutions, our cold roll forming lines significantly improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce labor costs, and optimize overall production performance.

The materials processed by our cold roll forming equipment include cold rolled steel strips, hot rolled steel strips, pickled steel sheets/coils, color-coated steel sheets/coils, galvanized steel strips, and stainless steel strips. Our equipment is professionally designed for processing metal sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.2 mm to 12 mm, providing high-precision forming solutions for various industrial applications. The dimensional accuracy of finished profiles can be controlled within 0.2 mm, ensuring excellent product consistency, reliability, and quality.
