Electric Meter Box Production Line

The Electric Meter Box Production Line is a fully automated production line specifically designed for one-piece molding of electric meter boxes. Electric meter boxes are primarily used to install electricity metering instruments and related switching components, and are widely used in residential buildings, commercial buildings, and rural power grid upgrades. The entire line integrates uncoiling, leveling, servo feeding, continuous punching, high-precision roll forming, length cutting, and automatic bending processes, achieving continuous, fully automated production from steel coil to finished product. Only one operator is required, and it can produce two boxes per minute, with a daily output of 1000-1200 units. The equipment supports free adjustment of the box's length, width, and height, allowing a single production line to produce multiple specifications. Non-standard customization is also available according to customer requirements, meeting the mass production and flexible manufacturing needs of power grid projects and the civilian market.

Q: Can the production line produce multi-position meter boxes?

A: Yes. By adjusting the width and height parameters of the box, the equipment can produce meter boxes with different numbers of meter positions, such as single-position, double-position, four-position, and six-position. Within the same width specification, different meter position outputs can be achieved by adjusting the configuration of the internal partitions and mounting plates, without replacing the main unit or adding extra molds, significantly reducing the overall cost of multi-variety production.

Q: How are the edges of the viewing window after opening processed?

A: The stamping system uses precision cutting and punching processes, resulting in smooth, burr-free opening edges that require no secondary deburring.
