The fully automated distribution box production line is a continuous production line that directly processes steel coils into finished distribution box bodies. The entire line consists of an uncoiler, leveler, servo feeder, stamping system, roll forming main unit, bending and cutting device, and electrical control system. The process flow is: uncoiling → leveling → feeding → stamping → roll forming → bending and cutting → receiving. Only one person is required to operate the line, which can produce 2 boxes per minute, with a daily output of 1000-1200 units. The equipment supports box size adjustment and customized punching, forming four-sided boxes in one step. Non-standard customization is available according to customer requirements, making it suitable for the mass production and flexible manufacturing of distribution box housings.
