I. Closed Section Roll Forming in One Step, No Welding Required

The 9-fold profile has a closed section, which traditionally requires bending and welding for sealing. This equipment uses multiple progressive roll forming passes to create a closed section from the steel strip in one pass. Each bend naturally closes in the final pass, forming a closed-loop structure without welding. Eliminating welds avoids welding deformation and stress concentration, resulting in significantly better torsional and bending resistance compared to welded sealing methods.

 

II. Multi-Face Mounting Grooves Formed Simultaneously, Modular Holes Pre-punched Integratedly

Each outer surface of the 9-fold profile requires pre-drilled mounting grooves and modular holes for flexible arrangement of electrical components inside the cabinet. The equipment simultaneously forms these mounting grooves during roll forming. The stamping section pre-punches mounting holes along the profile length according to a 25mm module. The mounting grooves and holes are completed in one pass; during subsequent assembly, nuts are simply inserted into the grooves to secure the components.

 

III. Gantry-Type Heavy-Duty Structure, Thick Plate Forming Without Deformation

The equipment frame adopts a gantry-type structure, offering high rigidity and strong resistance to deformation. When 1.5-2.5mm thick plates pass through, the equipment experiences no vibration or elastic deformation, ensuring stable profile dimensions. Independent gearbox transmission guarantees synchronous operation of rollers in each pass, resulting in symmetrical profiles on both sides without twisting or bending.
