It can produce C-profiles, U-profiles, GGD profiles, 8MF profiles, and 9-fold profiles, etc., for use as cabinet supports and mounting brackets in power distribution cabinets, power cabinets, Rittal-Style cabinets, etc. The entire line integrates uncoiling, leveling, feeding, stamping, forming, and cutting into one unit. It features a gantry-type transmission with an independent gearbox, Mitsubishi PLC control, a speed of 0-8m/min, a power of 28kW, an accuracy of ±0.5mm, and is suitable for 1.5-2.5mm thick plates. The length can be freely set.

I. Gantry-type + Independent Gearbox Drive: Stable and Reliable Thick Plate Forming

Distribution cabinet profiles often use 1.5-2.5mm thick plates, requiring high equipment rigidity. The gantry-type frame structure offers excellent rigidity, eliminating vibration and deformation during forming. The independent gearbox drive ensures precise synchronization of rollers in each pass, maintaining consistent transmission ratios. This prevents slippage and cumulative errors during thick plate forming, resulting in stable profile dimensions and excellent straightness.

 

II. Universal Platform Compatible with Multiple Profiles: One Machine Covers the Entire Cabinet Profile Range

C-type, U-type, GGD, 8MF, and 9-fold profiles have varying cross-sections, traditionally requiring multiple machines for processing. This production line, by changing roller sets and adjusting forming parameters, allows one machine to sequentially produce various distribution cabinet profiles, covering all structural components such as cabinet frames, beams, columns, and mounting strips, maximizing equipment utilization.

 

III. Freely Set Length, Cutting Accuracy ±0.5mm

The servo feeding system, combined with PLC control, allows for arbitrary setting of profile cutting lengths on the touchscreen, eliminating the need for mechanical adjustments. Hydraulic cutting, combined with Cr12MoV mold, ensures that the cutting dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.5mm (length ≤1000mm), resulting in a smooth, burr-free cut and consistent profile end dimensions, eliminating the need for trimming during assembly.
