Warehouse Rack Profile Roll Forming Line
The Warehouse Rack Profile Roll Forming Line is a dedicated production line for continuously roll-forming steel strips into various irregular cross-sectional profiles for warehouse racking. The line employs a split-adjustment drive system, with the rollers on both sides able to synchronously adjust their opening and closing distances, quickly adapting to the width requirements of different profiles. The adjustment range covers commonly used specifications. Different thicknesses of sheet metal (0.6-1.5mm range) can be achieved by adjusting the roller gap without changing the roller assembly. Quick switching within the customer's commonly used specifications is possible, reducing downtime and improving the overall utilization rate of the production line.

Product Advantages
Irregularly shaped tubular profiles are formed in one piece without welding, eliminating weak points in load-bearing capacity.
Warehouse racking uprights and beams often use closed or semi-closed tubular sections (such as P-shaped, rectangular, and Ω-shaped tubes). Traditionally, these require bending and welding to seal them. This production line uses multi-pass progressive rolling to form steel strips into closed tubular sections in one step. The dimensions of each part of the tube are precise and the angles are stable, forming a high-strength closed structure without subsequent welding. This eliminates the weld seam, a weak point in load-bearing capacity and a stress concentration area, significantly improving the profile's load-bearing capacity and torsional resistance.
Beam mounting teeth are formed simultaneously with the tube body, ensuring consistent positioning.
Mount teeth are punched at both ends of the beam for insertion into the upright mounting holes. The position and shape accuracy of the teeth directly affect the horizontality and load-bearing stability of the beam after installation. The equipment operates in conjunction with the forming host in the stamping section, completing the tooth punching simultaneously with the tube body forming, ensuring perfect consistency in positioning. After cutting, the positions of the hanging teeth at both ends of the crossbeam are fixed precisely relative to the cross section of the tube, eliminating the need for secondary positioning and punching after cutting, thus avoiding accumulated errors from secondary clamping and improving efficiency by more than 50%.

A: Yes. The equipment's roller forming design focuses on optimizing the corner forming passes, using a three-step progressive forming process: pre-bending → U-shaped → closing. This avoids corner cracking or excessive springback caused by a single-step closing step. This meets the high-precision assembly requirements of warehouse racking.
Q: Is it necessary to have specialized technicians to replace roller sets between different profiles?
A: The roller sets adopt a standardized quick-change interface design, equipped with positioning keys, quick-release bolts, and scale indicators. No complex angle calibration is required after replacement. After training by our company, ordinary operators can independently complete the replacement and adjustment of the entire roller set.
