The Warehouse Rack Upright Roll Forming Machine is a specialized piece of equipment for continuously roll-forming steel strips into warehouse racking uprights. Warehouse racking uprights are the core vertical load-bearing components of the racking system, directly bearing the entire load transmitted from the beams. Therefore, extremely high requirements are placed on forming accuracy, hole positioning, and profile straightness. Production speed is 5-15 m/min, with a cutting dimensional tolerance ≤ ±0.5 mm (length ≤ 3000 mm). Processable material thickness is 0.6-1.5 mm (larger thicknesses can be customized), and material width is ≤ 700 mm (customizable). After forming, the uprights can be directly applied to a spray painting line for surface treatment.

Warehouse racking uprights often use irregular tubular cross-sections with flanged closures (such as "Ω" or "C" shaped closed structures). Traditionally, these require bending and welding to seal the ends. This equipment uses multi-pass progressive rolling to form steel strips into closed or semi-closed tubular cross-sections in one pass. The deformation of each part of the cross-section is uniform, the angles are precise, and a high-strength column structure is formed without subsequent welding, eliminating the weld seam, a weak point in load-bearing capacity, and significantly improving torsional and bending resistance.

Multi-Point Guiding + Multi-Pass Forming, Excellent Straightness of Long Uprights

Warehouse racking uprights are typically 2-6 meters long (up to 10 meters or more in automated warehouses). Straightness directly affects the verticality and stability of the racking. The equipment is equipped with multi-point guiding devices along the forming main line, combined with a multi-pass uniform deformation process, effectively preventing lateral bending and twisting of long profiles during processing. The formed uprights exhibit excellent straightness, requiring no on-site correction during assembly, ensuring the overall verticality of the racking.
