Multi-model production, rapid switching between different shelf components
Supermarket shelves are composed of various profiles with different cross-sections. Traditionally, multiple machines are needed to process them separately. This production line, by changing roller sets (shelf rollers, back panel rollers, upright rollers, etc.) and adjusting forming parameters, allows a single machine to sequentially produce shelves, back panels, uprights, beams, and other profiles. Changeover time is approximately 1-2 hours, resulting in high equipment utilization, making it particularly suitable for multi-variety, small-batch shelf manufacturers.
High-speed thin-plate forming, high daily output
Shelf profiles are mostly made of 0.28-0.8mm thin sheets, making forming easy and fast. The equipment's maximum production speed reaches 15m/min. Based on a 2-meter length per profile, a single machine can produce thousands of pieces per day, fully meeting the delivery needs of large-volume supermarket shelf orders. After forming, the profiles can directly enter the painting line without intermediate transfer or pre-treatment, maximizing overall line efficiency.
GCr15 high-hardness rollers ensure scratch-free thin sheet forming.
The rollers are made of GCr15 bearing steel, integrally quenched to a hardness of HRC58°-62%, and precision ground to a surface roughness of Ra0.8 or higher. High surface finish is crucial for thin sheet forming; the high hardness and high surface finish of the rollers ensure the integrity and undamaged nature of the galvanized or pre-coated layer on the sheet surface during forming, resulting in high-quality profiles that can directly proceed to the painting process without grinding or repair.

Q: Can the supermarket shelving production line produce heavy-duty shelving profiles?
A: The standard configuration of this production line is suitable for 0.28-0.8mm thin plates, mainly for light and medium-duty supermarket shelving (load capacity 50-200kg/layer). For heavy-duty shelving (load capacity over 500kg/layer), the plate thickness usually needs to be 1.0-2.0mm, requiring a customized heavy-duty forming machine, including increasing roller diameter, enhancing frame rigidity, and replacing the drive system with a higher-power one. Customers can provide their load-bearing requirements during the selection process, and our technicians will match the corresponding equipment solution.
Q: Can one production line produce all shelving components simultaneously?
A: Simultaneous production is not possible, but sequential production is possible. Each production line run produces only one type of profile. After completing the production of one component, changing the roller set and adjusting parameters allows production of another component. To produce multiple components simultaneously, multiple production lines are required. Customers can choose a single-line switching or multi-line parallel solution based on product structure and order characteristics.
