Multi-pass forming of irregular cross-sections, producing complex profiles in one go
The cross-sectional shapes of shelving profiles are complex and varied: shelves require multiple folded edges, uprights need to be closed or semi-closed tubular, and beams need to have a toothed structure. The equipment uses multiple sets of rollers for progressive forming, rationally distributing the deformation amount in each pass. The steel strip gradually undergoes partial deformation as it passes through each roller, ultimately precisely forming the cross-sectional shape required by the customer. Finished profiles can be produced in a single feed.
Splitting adjustment drive, rapid adaptation to different widths
Different components of the shelving have significant width differences. The equipment adopts a split-opening adjustment drive mode, where the distance between the rollers on both sides can be adjusted synchronously, quickly adapting to different profile width requirements. Width adjustment is automatically completed after setting parameters on the touch screen, eliminating the need for manual disassembly and calibration, reducing changeover time by more than 70% compared to traditional methods.

Q: Can the equipment process sheets of different thicknesses simultaneously?
A: No, it cannot process them simultaneously. Each roller set is designed for a specific thickness. To change the sheet thickness, the roller gap needs to be adjusted (by adjusting the clamping bolts or shims). If the thickness change exceeds ±0.15mm, it is recommended to replace the roller set with the corresponding gap to avoid incomplete forming or excessive compression. The equipment supports continuously adjustable thicknesses within the range of 0.28-0.8mm. For commonly used thicknesses (e.g., 0.4-0.6mm), quick switching can be achieved through parameter fine-tuning.
