Split-Open Adjustable Drive for Flexible Width Adaptation

The equipment adopts a split-open adjustable drive mode, where the rollers on both sides can synchronously adjust the opening and closing distance, quickly adapting to the production needs of different shelf widths (maximum width ≤ 700mm). One machine can produce various width specifications commonly used in supermarket shelves, such as 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, and 600mm, without the need to change roller sets, significantly reducing changeover time.

GCr15 Rollers + Precision Grinding for Zero Damage to Thin Sheet Surfaces

Shelves are an essential component of supermarket shelves, requiring high surface quality. The rollers are CNC machined from GCr15 bearing steel, hardened to HRC58°-62% after quenching, and precision ground to a roughness of Ra0.8 or higher, effectively protecting the surface of the sheet material during high-speed operation. When producing with 0.28-0.8mm thin sheets, the formed sheet surface is free of scratches and indentations, and can be directly applied to the spray coating line without grinding.
