This is a fully automated production line for mass production of various structural profiles for warehouse racking. Warehouse racking is composed of various profiles such as uprights, beams, shelves, back mesh/back panels, partition beams, and reinforcing ribs. Compared to supermarket racking, warehouse racking is larger and has a heavier load capacity (single-layer load capacity can reach 500-5000kg), requiring higher standards for profile cross-sectional strength, straightness, and dimensional accuracy. The entire line integrates uncoiling, leveling, servo feeding, continuous punching, cold bending, hydraulic cutting, and material collection processes. The process flow is: uncoiling → leveling → feeding → punching → forming → cutting → material collection.

Thick-plate load-bearing design to meet heavy-duty storage needs

Warehouse racks have load-bearing capacities far exceeding those of supermarket racks. Commonly used sheet metal thicknesses are 0.6-1.5mm (thicker options available upon request). Uprights and beams require enhanced bending and compressive strength. The main machine boasts high rigidity, with GCr15 hardened rollers and a heavy-duty frame ensuring no deformation during thick-plate forming and accurate profile dimensions, providing reliable forming assurance for the high load-bearing requirements of warehouse racks.

 

Good straightness of long profiles, high assembly precision

Warehouse rack uprights and beams are often 2-6 meters long. Straightness directly affects the verticality and stability of the assembled racks. The equipment uses multi-pass roller forming and multi-point guiding devices to ensure that long profiles do not bend or twist during continuous processing. After cutting, the profiles exhibit excellent straightness, ensuring vertical uprights and horizontal beams during assembly, eliminating the need for on-site correction.

Q: What are the differences between a warehouse racking production line and a supermarket racking production line?

A: The main differences lie in the thickness of the sheet metal and the rigidity of the equipment. Warehouse racking bears heavier loads and typically uses sheet metal of 0.6-1.5mm (thicker options available upon request). The main equipment and rollers have higher rigidity, making it suitable for forming thicker sheets. Supermarket racking mostly uses thinner sheet metal of 0.28-0.8mm, and the equipment design prioritizes high speed and the surface quality of the thinner sheet metal.

Q: Does the end of the profile require secondary processing after cutting?

A: The equipment completes end face finishing during cutting, resulting in a smooth, burr-free cut surface. If additional teeth (such as teeth at both ends of a crossbeam) or connecting holes are needed at the ends, corresponding molds can be pre-set in the stamping section and completed simultaneously with forming. If the customer only requires simple cutting and has no end processing requirements, the cut profile is the finished product and can directly proceed to the painting or assembly stage.
