The entire line integrates uncoiling, leveling, feeding, stamping, forming, and cutting into a single unit. It features a gantry structure, a speed of 0-8 m/min, a power of 28 kW, an accuracy of ±0.5 mm, and is suitable for 1.5-2.5 mm thick plates. The length can be freely set, making it a core piece of equipment for large and medium-sized electrical cabinet manufacturers.

I. One Machine Covers the Entire Range of Profiles, One-Stop Production of Cabinet Frames

Electrical cabinet frames require various profiles (C-type, U-type, GGD, 8MF, 9-fold, 16-fold, etc.) to be welded together. This production line, by changing roller sets and adjusting parameters, can produce all profiles sequentially from a single machine, covering all structural components such as columns, beams, and mounting strips. This eliminates the need for multiple dedicated machines, significantly reducing equipment footprint and investment costs; one machine supports the entire cabinet frame profile supply.

 

II. Gantry-Type Integral Frame + Gearbox Drive, Thick Plate Forming Without Deformation

Profile thickness 1.5-2.5mm, high forming force. The equipment adopts a gantry-type integral welded frame, offering high rigidity and vibration-free operation; independent gearbox drive ensures precise synchronization of each roller, eliminating slippage and cumulative errors. After thick plate forming, the profiles are straight and without twisting, with consistent dimensions at both ends, eliminating the need for shape adjustment during cabinet welding.

 

III. Arbitrary Profile Length Setting, Rapid Response for Non-standard Cabinets

Different cabinet heights (1800mm, 2000mm, 2200mm, etc.) require different profile lengths. The required length is directly input on the touchscreen, and the servo feeding and hydraulic cutting systems execute automatically, eliminating the need for mechanical adjustments.

Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?

A: We are a factory located in Weifang, China. It possesses over twenty sets of advanced equipment, including a new precision machining center, NC lathes, CNC wire EDM machines, and a large automotive profile bending test platform. You are welcome to visit our factory at any time.

Q: How many types of profiles can the production line produce simultaneously?

A: Only one type of profile is produced per run. After completing one type, the roller set and parameters are changed to produce the next type. It is recommended to organize production in batches to reduce changeover frequency and improve equipment utilization.

Q: Does the cut end of the profile need to be ground?

A: Hydraulic cutting with Cr12MoV molds produces a smooth, burr-free cut, requiring no grinding and allowing direct entry into the welding process. Cutting dimensional tolerance is ≤±0.5mm (length ≤1000mm). For long profiles, this can be controlled proportionally.
