C Profile Roll Forming Machine
The C-profile roll forming machine is a specialized piece of equipment used to roll-form steel strips into C-shaped sections. C-profiles are the most commonly used mounting bracket profiles inside electrical cabinets and distribution boxes, used for mounting guide rails, component fixing beams, cross braces, etc. The equipment adopts a gantry-type transmission structure, Cr12 hardened rollers (HRC58°-60°), PLC control, speed 0-8m/min, power 28kW, accuracy ±0.5mm, and is suitable for 1.5-2.5mm thick plates. The length can be freely set, making it a general-purpose machine for mass production of internal structural components for cabinets.

Product Advantages
I. One-time forming of C-shaped cross-section, precise opening size with no springback
C-shaped profiles have an open cross-section, and springback at the folded edges can easily cause the opening size to increase. The equipment uses multi-pass progressive forming with over-bending compensation, ensuring the springback returns to the precise size after forming. A finishing roller in the final pass corrects the opening size, ensuring the C-shaped profile is parallel on both sides and has a consistent opening width.
II. Mounting holes are formed simultaneously with profile forming, eliminating the need for secondary processing
C-shaped profiles are used to install guide rails and components, requiring equidistant mounting holes along their length. The equipment simultaneously punches circular mounting holes and oblong adjustment holes in the stamping section. The hole spacing is distributed according to a 25mm module or customer-specified dimensions, and hole position accuracy is guaranteed by servo feeding closed-loop control.
III. One universal main unit for C-shaped/U-shaped/GGD-shaped profiles, facilitating easy changeovers
C-shaped, U-shaped, and GGD profiles have similar cross-sections, and switching is mainly achieved by adjusting the roller spacing and changing the final pass rollers. The equipment design is compatible with multiple profile roller sets, and the same main unit covers commonly used profiles inside the cabinet.
