I. Gantry-Type Integrated Frame, Vibration-Free Thick Plate Forming

The equipment frame adopts a gantry-type integral welded structure, offering high rigidity and excellent vibration resistance. When 1.5-2.5mm thick plates pass through, the equipment does not experience elastic deformation or vibration displacement, ensuring long-term dimensional stability of the profiles. Coupled with independent gearbox transmission, each roller is precisely synchronized, resulting in symmetrical profiles on both sides, free from twisting and bending, eliminating the need for subsequent cabinet welding corrections.

 

II. Independent Gearbox Transmission, No Slippage in Thick Plate Forming

Previously, profile forming required multiple rollers driven synchronously. Chain or belt drives are prone to slippage and accumulated errors under heavy plate loads. This equipment uses independent gearbox transmission, with each roller precisely driven by a gear set. The constant transmission ratio and slippage prevention ensure consistent linear velocity in each pass during thick plate forming, preventing wrinkles and tensile deformation in the profiles.

 

III. Quick-Change Roller Structure, Efficient Switching Between Different Profiles

Different profiles (C-type, U-type, GGD, 8MF, 9-fold, 16-fold) require changing to the corresponding roller set. The equipment uses a standardized quick-change interface, equipped with positioning keys and quick-release bolts, eliminating the need for complex angle calibration after replacement. Trained operators can complete the replacement of the entire roller assembly and parameter adjustment in a short time, minimizing downtime losses.

Q: Can the equipment process sheets of different thicknesses simultaneously?

A: No, it cannot process them simultaneously. Each roller set is designed for a specific thickness. Changing the thickness requires adjusting the roller gap. If the thickness variation exceeds ±0.3mm, it is recommended to replace the roller set to ensure forming quality.

Q: Can the roller sets for 9-fold and 16-fold profiles be interchanged?

A: No. 9-fold and 16-fold profiles have different cross-sectional shapes and bending passes, and different roller patterns, requiring dedicated roller sets for each. However, they can be used interchangeably on the same machine.
