Safe Production Line
The safe production line is a fully automated assembly line specifically designed for one-piece molding of safe cabinets. The requirements for safe cabinet thickness, structural strength, and anti-theft performance are far higher than those for ordinary electrical distribution boxes, requiring anti-pry, anti-drilling, and anti-cutting capabilities. The entire line integrates uncoiling, leveling, servo feeding, continuous punching, high-precision roll forming, fixed-length cutting, and automatic bending processes. The process flow is: uncoiling → leveling → feeding → punching → forming → bending and cutting → receiving. Specifications range from 300×400 to 1800×2000 (customizable), with adjustable depth, suitable for the mass production of safes, gun cabinets, and other security cabinets.

Product Advantages
Thick Plate Forming Capability Meets Security Strength Requirements
Safes typically use sheet metal with a thickness of 1.2-1.5mm (thicker options available upon request), requiring high equipment rigidity. The main unit uses gearbox drive instead of belt drive, offering strong load-bearing capacity and eliminating slippage. Combined with Cr12 hardened rollers (HRC58°-60°), this ensures accurate forming and controlled springback during the rolling process, resulting in tight, gap-free joints at the four corners of the cabinet, providing a precise foundation for subsequent anti-pry structures.
One-Piece Cabinet Forming, No Weak Points in Welds
Safes require extremely high resistance to vandalism, and weld points are often weak points. This production line uses a one-piece forming process, directly rolling and bending a single sheet into a U-shaped four-sided cabinet. The four corners are continuous metal structures without welds, eliminating the risk of weld points being pried open. This significantly improves the overall resistance to vandalism.
Anti-theft structural features are pre-set in one step.
The stamping system can pre-set specific structural features for safes according to customer requirements, including: bolt mounting holes (for multi-directional bolt systems), hinge reinforcement holes, anti-drill plate fixing holes, and weight anchoring holes. The hole positions are precisely configured according to anti-theft level requirements, ensuring that no secondary processing is required when assembling safe-specific locks and reinforcement components, protecting the surface treatment layer of the safe and ensuring installation accuracy.

FAQ
Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory located in Weifang, China. It possesses over twenty sets of advanced equipment, including a new precision machining center, NC lathes, CNC wire EDM machines, and a large automotive profile bending test platform. You are welcome to visit our factory at any time.
Q: What is the difference between a safe production line and a regular distribution box production line?
A: The two differ significantly in sheet metal thickness, structural requirements, and key processes. The safe production line is designed for 1.2-1.5mm thick sheets (thicker options available upon request), resulting in stronger main unit rigidity and gearbox transmission load-bearing capacity. The cabinet is seamlessly molded in one piece, with no weld points at the four corners to meet pry-proof requirements. The stamping system incorporates pre-designed anti-theft structural features (bolt holes, anchor holes, etc.). The distribution box production line focuses on the rapid production of small, thin-sheet cabinets and has no special requirements for vandal protection.
Q: What anti-theft level can the safes produced on this line achieve?
A: The anti-theft level of the safe depends on a combination of factors, including sheet metal thickness, lock configuration, and structural design. This production line provides a high-precision, seamless, one-piece molded cabinet foundation, creating excellent structural conditions for achieving different anti-theft levels. The specific level needs to be determined based on the customer's chosen sheet metal thickness, locks, and reinforcement scheme.
