Safe Manufacturing Machine
The safe manufacturing equipment is the core forming machine of the safe production line, specifically designed to directly process steel strips into the four-sided frame of the safe body. Safe manufacturing places extremely high demands on equipment rigidity, forming precision, and the ability to process thick plates. This equipment adopts a heavy-duty frame structure and is equipped with multiple sets of Cr12 die steel CNC machining rollers. The rollers are hardened to HRC58°-60° and synchronously driven by a gearbox, ensuring uniform deformation and dimensional accuracy of thick plates (1.2-1.5mm, custom thicknesses available) during high-speed operation. It is suitable for one-time forming manufacturing of high-security protective cabinets such as safes and ammunition cabinets.

Heavy-duty machine design, specializing in thick plate processing
Safes are made of thick, high-strength sheet metal, requiring significantly higher rigidity from equipment than ordinary safes. This main unit features a thickened frame and heavy-duty roller assembly. Compared to ordinary forming equipment, the increased weight and rigidity effectively suppress vibration and deformation during thick plate forming, ensuring accurate dimensions and stable angles for 1.2-1.5mm (custom thickness available) sheets.
Cr12 hardened rollers, scratch-free thick plate forming
The forming rollers are CNC machined from Cr12 mold steel, hardened to HRC58°-60%, and polished to a high gloss finish. During thick plate rolling, the roller surface exhibits strong wear resistance, preventing pits and scratches over long-term use, effectively protecting the sheet surface and avoiding roller marks and scratches on the safe body surface, reducing subsequent surface treatment rework rates.
High-precision cutting, seamless four-corner joints
Hydraulic cutting is employed, using Cr12MoV cutting molds. Cutting dimensional tolerances are ≤±0.5mm (length ≤1000mm). The safe features a continuous bending structure at its four corners, without welds. The precision of the cutting directly determines the size of the gaps at the corner joints. High-precision cutting ensures a tight, gap-free joint at the four corners, enhancing the safe's anti-theft performance.

A: Not entirely. Safe manufacturing equipment is heavy-duty equipment specifically designed for thick plates (1.2-1.5mm and above) and high rigidity requirements, with a more robust machine body and gearbox load-bearing capacity. Using ordinary electrical distribution box equipment to process thick safe plates will result in problems such as incomplete forming, equipment vibration, and dimensional deviations.
Q: Can the equipment process stainless steel safes?
A: The standard configuration is suitable for Q235 cold-rolled strip steel and galvanized strip steel. Stainless steel has high hardness and high resilience, requiring special specifications for roller material and forming process. For processing stainless steel safes, custom-made rollers and adjusted forming gaps can be provided. Specific details regarding material grade and thickness parameters must be provided during equipment selection.
