One-time forming composite mold, four bends completed simultaneously
Security cabinet side panels have complex cross-sections, requiring sequential bending using traditional methods. This equipment uses a specialized one-time forming composite mold. Based on customer-provided cross-sectional drawings, the stamping ends and stamping grooves of the upper and lower molds are precisely machined. After the sheet metal is placed in, all four bends are completed in a single stamping operation. The bending angles are accurate, the shape is regular, and the workpiece surface is undamaged. No subsequent manual reshaping is required, increasing production efficiency by 3-5 times compared to traditional segmented bending.
Anti-offset ejector system, accurate bending position for thick plates
Security cabinet side panels require simultaneous bending from both ends, making conventional pressing devices unsuitable for securing the sheet metal. This equipment features an ejector block at the bottom of the stamping groove. During bending, the ejector block, driven by a hydraulic cylinder, presses against the lower surface of the sheet metal, firmly pressing it between the upper mold and the ejector block. This effectively prevents sheet metal offset and slippage during thick plate bending, ensuring accurate bending position and symmetrical bends on both sides.
