This equipment adopts a heavy-duty frame structure, equipped with a servo control system and a Mitsubishi PLC touchscreen human-machine interface. It requires only one operator, has a production speed of 1-2 cabinets per minute, and a daily output of 800-1200 units. The equipment design fully references international standards. The frame and roller assembly are rigidly designed according to the sheet metal thickness required for the highest anti-theft level. If customers need to produce different levels of products, they only need to replace the sheet metal with the corresponding thickness; the equipment's load-bearing capacity requires no secondary modification.
Integrated pre-set anti-vandalism features
The stamping system can be pre-set with corresponding structural features according to different uses of security products: safes have pre-set bolt mounting holes and heavy object anchoring holes; gun cabinets have pre-set double-lock mounting holes, gun holder fixing holes, and ammunition divider mounting positions. One machine can quickly adapt to the structural requirements of different products by changing the mold.
High precision cutting of thick plates, no gaps at the four corners
The four corners of the security cabinet have a continuous bending structure without welds; the cutting precision determines the gap at the four corner joints. The equipment adopts a hydraulic cutting method, and the cutting mold is made of Cr12MoV material. The cutting dimension tolerance is ≤±0.5mm (length ≤1000mm), ensuring that the four corners of the cabinet are tightly joined without gaps and that the cabinet has good squareness, providing a high-precision foundation for subsequent door panel installation and lock debugging.
