Safe Roll Forming Machine
The Safe Roll Forming Machine is the core rolling equipment in a safe production line. It is specifically designed to continuously form the four-sided frame outline of a safe by progressively bending steel strips through multiple passes. Safes have much higher requirements for sheet metal thickness (1.2-1.5mm, custom thicknesses available), structural strength, and forming precision than ordinary cabinets. The equipment adopts a heavy-duty frame structure and is synchronously driven by a gearbox, ensuring uniform deformation and controllable springback of thick plates during high-speed operation. The equipment integrates continuous punching, high-precision cold bending, hydraulic cutting, and automatic bending, and is equipped with a servo control system and a Mitsubishi PLC touchscreen human-machine interface.

Product Advantages
Heavy-duty main unit boasts high rigidity, ensuring stable and reliable thick plate forming.
Safes commonly use 1.2-1.5mm thick plates, requiring high rigidity from the equipment. The main unit base utilizes a reinforced welded square steel structure, the frame employs an integral fixed archway, the side plates are made of thickened steel plates, and all supporting components use high-precision bearings. This excellent overall rigidity effectively suppresses vibration and deformation during the thick plate forming process, resulting in stable cabinet dimensions and precise angles after forming.
Cr12 hardened rollers offer long wear resistance and prevent damage to the plate surface.
The forming rollers are CNC machined from Cr12 mold steel. After overall quenching, the hardness reaches HRC58°-60°, and the surface roughness is precision ground to above 0.8, exhibiting high strength, high hardness, and excellent wear resistance. Even under high-load operation with a daily production of thousands of units, the roller surface is less prone to wear pits, effectively protecting the galvanized layer of the plate surface from scratches and indentations, resulting in a high-quality finished product appearance.
Gearbox Synchronous Drive Prevents Cabinet Twisting and Deformation
All forming rollers are synchronously driven by a gearbox, ensuring precise transmission ratios and eliminating slippage and cumulative errors. Compared to chain or belt drives, gearboxes have a stronger load-bearing capacity, ensuring that the linear speed on both sides of the steel belt is completely consistent. This results in a symmetrical cabinet with equal diagonal dimensions after forming, eliminating twisting and deviation problems caused by asynchronous speeds.

FAQ
Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory located in Weifang, China. It possesses over twenty sets of advanced equipment, including a new precision machining center, NC lathes, CNC wire EDM machines, and a large automotive profile bending test platform. You are welcome to visit our factory at any time.
Q: What is the difference between a cold bending forming machine for safes and a regular cold bending forming machine for cabinets?
A: The main difference lies in the rigidity of the equipment and the roller configuration. The cold bending forming machine for safes is a heavy-duty machine specifically designed for thick plates (1.2-1.5mm and above). The machine body uses reinforced square steel welding and an integral archway structure. The rollers are made of Cr12 hardened steel with a hardness of HRC58°-60%, and the gearbox transmission has a stronger load-bearing capacity. Regular cabinet forming machines are typically designed for thin plates of 0.5-1.0mm, with lower rigidity requirements.
Q: What thickness of sheet metal can the machine process? What is the processing range?
A: The standard configuration is suitable for cold-rolled and galvanized strip steel with a thickness of 1.2-1.5mm, which is the commonly used sheet metal thickness range for safes. If customers need to process thicker sheets (such as 2.0mm and above), customized reinforcement can be provided according to requirements, including increasing the roller diameter, enhancing the frame rigidity, and increasing the hydraulic system pressure. Specific details need to be confirmed during the selection process.
