Complex Cross-Section Forming in One Step, No Secondary Processing Required
Safe side panels require four bends to form a complete cross-sectional profile, a process traditionally involving multiple steps. This equipment uses specialized forming molds with precisely matched stamping ends and grooves on the upper and lower molds, enabling the processing of a complex cross-section with four bends in a single bend. This results in high precision, high efficiency, and no damage to the workpiece surface, eliminating the need for secondary manual processing.
Symmetrical Dual-Mold Design, Doubling Efficiency
The equipment employs a symmetrical design with two upper molds and two lower molds, allowing for the simultaneous bending of two workpieces, doubling the efficiency compared to traditional single-mold methods. More importantly, the symmetrical design completely cancels out the horizontal force component of the mold during bending, leaving only downward pressure on the workpiece, which improves bending accuracy and mold life.
Anti-Offset Ejector Structure Ensures Bending Accuracy
The two ends of the safe side panels need to be bent simultaneously, making it impossible to use conventional pressing devices to fix the sheet metal. The equipment has a top material block at the bottom of the stamping groove. When bending, the top material block is driven by the oil cylinder to press the lower surface of the sheet metal, firmly pressing the sheet metal between the upper mold and the top material block, effectively preventing the sheet metal from shifting during the bending process and ensuring bending accuracy and product consistency.
