Basic Principle Of The Safe Roller Pressing Machine

Jul 18, 2026 Leave a message

The basic principle of the safe rolling forming machine involves using a pair of opposing rotating rollers to continuously squeeze and bend metal sheets or strips into profiles with specified cross-sectional shapes; these profiles are then processed in subsequent manufacturing steps to produce the safe's body or door panel components.

The operating process is roughly as follows: the metal coil is first unwound by an unwinding machine and then fed into a forming unit; this forming unit contains multiple rows of rollers with varying geometries arranged in sequence. As the sheet or strip passes through each roller, it is gradually bent slightly in the transverse direction; through this continuous, progressive deformation across multiple rollers, the desired cross-sectional shape is ultimately achieved – such as reinforcement ribs or edge-folding structures for safe deposit box door panels.
