- Unwinding machine: Fixes and unwinds metal coils to ensure stable material feeding.

- Shearing and buttwelding device: Aligns the tail end of the preceding coil with the head end of the next coil for welding, enabling continuous production.
- Forming Unit: The core component, consisting of multiple rolling stages. A servo motor provides the driving force, which drives the rollers via a reduction gearbox to achieve continuous deformation of the sheet metal.
- Cutting mechanism: Precisely cuts the formed profile to the preset length.
