Component mounting:

  • Before assembly, the drawings must be thoroughly reviewed; component models, specifications, and quantities should be verified, and any damage to the components should be checked.
  • During installation, ensure that the operation is convenient and that all requirements for the flashover distance, electrical clearance, and creepage distance of electrical components are met; when live parts are exposed, an insulating plate or insulating heat-shrinkable sleeve must be installed.
  • The assembly of products from the same production batch should be consistent.

 

Primary conductor (main circuit) wiring:

  • Select copper busbars based on the circuit diagram and switch current; specify the dimensions strictly in accordance with the drawings for installation.
  • Copper busbars must be cut straight; bending should be performed using a bending machine to avoid surface damage; the distance between the bent section of the rectangular busbar and the edge of the lap joint shall be greater than 30 mm.
  • The busbar connection points shall be tin-plated; any exposed areas shall be coated with black paint and labeled with a color code.

 

Secondary wiring (auxiliary circuit):

  • Secondary wiring shall use black wires with cable sheaths and identification markings; the wire diameter shall comply with the manufacturer's standards.
  • No joints are permitted along the length of the conductor; when the conductor crosses metal components, a rubber ring or protective wrapping tube must be installed.
  • Wires and wire harnesses shall be neatly arranged and secured in bundles using nylon straps or placed within dedicated wire trays.

 

Identification and Grounding:

  • The distribution box must be equipped with separate N-phase (neutral) and PE-phase (protective earth) terminal blocks; the N-phase terminal block shall be insulated from the metal mounting plate, while the PE-phase terminal block shall be connected electrically.
  • All operational and instructional components must be accompanied by a securely fixed label frame and a machine-printed label.
  • Power supplies (AC, DC, or those with different voltage levels) inside a distribution box shall be clearly marked.
