Quality Control And Inspection For Distribution Box Production Lines

Jul 04, 2026 Leave a message

Material inspection: Critical materials – such as copper busbars (thickness, material) and terminal blocks (pure copper tinned/nickel-plated) – as well as sealing strips (silicone rubber) – must undergo rigorous quality control to prevent the use of substandard materials.

Process Verification: Prepare samples before mass production and validate the manufacturing process.

Factory inspection:

  • Each distribution box must undergo a 100% dielectric strength test (with a voltage of 2500 V applied for 1 minute), an insulation resistance test, a withstand voltage test, and a grounding resistance test.
  • The product shall be equipped with a nameplate indicating the model number, rated voltage, rated current, protection rating, and factory serial number; a factory test record shall be provided with the package.
  • The inner side of the box cover shall be affixed with a system diagram indicating the purpose of each switch and the name of its circuit.
