Core Standard: The manufacture of distribution boxes must comply with GB/T 7251.1 (the currently effective version is the 2024 edition); this standard specifies key performance parameters such as electrical clearance, creepage distance, protection rating (IP), temperature rise limits, and short-circuit withstand strength.


Special Application Standards: When manufacturing distribution boxes for construction sites, they must also comply with GB7251.4 and the "Technical Code for Safety of Temporary Electrical Installation at Construction Sites" (JGJ46-2005).


Key Performance Indicators: During design, the product must be ensured to pass the following validations:

  • Temperature rise limit: For components such as copper busbars, circuit breakers, and terminal blocks, the temperature rise under rated current shall not exceed 70 K.
  • Short-circuit withstand capability: The enclosure structure must be able to withstand a short-circuit test at 10 kA or 25 kA; it shall not deform, and the door shall not open unexpectedly.
  • Protection Rating (IP): Indoor distribution boxes shall have at least IP30; outdoor units shall have an IP54 or higher rating.
