  • Raw material preparation: Use coldrolled steel sheets or galvanized steel sheets (commonly Q235, thickness 0.8–1.2 mm); perform uncoiling and leveling first.
  • Stamping and material feeding: The steel strip is fed into the stamping station using a servo feeding machine; punching and edge trimming are performed according to the drawing specifications; the cutting tolerance is generally maintained within ±0.8 mm.
  • Cold bending: A cold bending machine is used to gradually roll the steel plate into the shape of the box frame and door panels; the forming accuracy can be controlled within 0.1 mm.
  • Bending and Cutting: The formed sheets are automatically bent to create the threedimensional structure of the box, followed by cutting them to the specified length.
  • Welding and Grinding: Use CO₂ gas shielded arc welding to join the housing seams; after welding, use a robotic arm or angle grinder to grind the welds to ensure a smooth surface.
  • Surface treatment: Perform preliminary pretreatment including degreasing, acid washing, and phosphating; then apply epoxy resin or polyester powder via electrostatic spraying; finally, subject the surface to hightemperature baking in a curing oven (180–200°C).
  • Component assembly: Install hinges, door locks, sealing strips, as well as mounting brackets for firefighting hoses, water nozzles, fire extinguishers and other equipment inside the enclosure.
  • Testing and Inspection: Perform hydrostatic sealing tests, case loadbearing tests, and verify labeling compliance.
