If the production line also covers the hose itself, the process is as follows:
1. Weaving outer layer: Polyester yarn is woven onto an automatic loom to create a cylindrical fabric layer (outer sheath), with identification stripes woven into it.
2. Imbibition treatment: Immerse the outer sheath in a plastic polymer solution to enhance its waterproofing and durability.
3. Manufacturing of the liner: Mix polyurethane particles with a binder and heat the mixture; then extrude it into hollow tubes using an extruder, followed by cooling and shaping in a cold water bath.
4. Three-layer composite fabrication: The inner liner tube is inserted into the outer protective sleeve; the assembly is then heated with steam to melt and penetrate the adhesive, followed by the injection of cold air to cure the adhesive, thereby permanently bonding the three layers into a single unit.
5. Installation of joint: Insert a copper expansion ring into the pipe, then fit an aluminum outer joint; use a expansion tool to push the copper ring outward to secure the joint.
6. Water flow test: The finished product must pass a high-pressure water flow test before being shipped from the factory.
