The Fire Hydrant Box Roll-Forming Machine (also known as the Fire Hydrant Box Cold-Bending Forming Machine or Fire Hydrant Box Shell Forming Equipment) is a fully automated production line system. Its core operating sequence is: material feeding → leveling → servo-driven material feeding → punching/edge trimming → cold bending forming → cutting → bending → material gathering; the entire process can typically be operated by a single operator at the control panel.

1. Pre-activation inspection

– Check whether all power supply and control cabinet switch buttons are functioning correctly, and verify that the safety guards, emergency stop button, and limit switches are in good condition.
-Verify that the hydraulic oil (46 Hydraulic Oil) and gear oil (18 Gear Oil) levels and quality are within normal range, and that all connecting bolts are securely tightened.
-Inspect the steel strip raw material: The material is typically Q235 or stainless steel, with a thickness generally ranging from 0.5 to 2.0 mm; ensure that no hard objects are present.

2. Startup Procedure

– Start up the auxiliary equipment (e.g., material collection station, cutting machine, etc.) in reverse order (from rear to front), then start up the main forming machine.
-After starting the equipment, observe for any unusual noises or severe vibration; if any abnormality is detected, immediately press the "Emergency Stop" button to troubleshoot the issue.

3. Parameter Settings

– Enter box dimensions, specifications, and other parameters via the human-machine interface (touchscreen); for non-standard boxes, simply input the parameters to automatically generate the program – no pre-set storage required.
-Adjust process parameters such as roll gap and pressure according to the material characteristics.

4. Commence production

– Once the main machine is operating smoothly, activate the feeding device to ensure uniform material feeding; it is strictly prohibited to feed large quantities of material before the equipment has reached normal operating conditions.
-During the manufacturing process, focus on molding accuracy and cutting dimensions; the cutting dimension tolerance is generally maintained within ±0.5 mm (for lengths ≤ 3000 mm).
