1. Continuous feeding: Roll-shaped steel plates (e.g., cold-rolled steel strips, galvanized steel strips, etc.) are placed on a unwinding machine; after leveling, they are continuously fed into the forming machine by a feeding device.
2. Sequential roller forming process: The forming machine is equipped with multiple sets of rollers arranged in sequence. As the metal sheet passes through these rollers, it is continuously bent laterally; with each pass through a set of rollers, its shape becomes increasingly closer to the desired profile, ultimately resulting in the formation of specific cross-sections – such as the frame of a fire safety box – through rolling.
3. Online Integrated Process: During the roll-forming process, operations such as punching, corner trimming, cutting, or even bending can be performed simultaneously. For example, some equipment is described as "punching and hydraulic segment cutting performed sequentially online," resulting in the direct output of the entire box frame.
4. Adjustment and Control: By configuring parameters via the control system (PLC and touchscreen), production specifications – such as cabinet size and width – can be adjusted to enable flexible manufacturing across different model variants.
