The equipment structure also includes a main forming module, a ribbing device, a straightening unit, a feeding system, a punching unit, and a shearing system. The main forming module typically features 18 forming stations and is equipped with a C/Z interchangeable module, allowing for a switch between C and Z profiles via a manual 180-degree rotation. The ribbing device produces straight longitudinal ribs and is manually adjustable. The straightening unit employs a specialized 10-roller (two-axis) and 4-roller (two-axis) configuration for C/Z profiles. The feeding system is driven by a gear mechanism acting on the upper and lower shafts. The punching unit can punch single or double holes in the bottom of the profile, supporting options for circular holes (Φ14mm, Φ16mm) and slotted holes (28×16mm, 28×14mm). The shearing system is a post-forming, continuous-cut type that requires no tool changes.
The equipment dimensions are approximately 9.3 meters in length, 1.4 meters in width, and 2 meters in height. The forming rollers are machined from bearing steel (GCr15) or 45# steel. The leveling process utilizes a configuration of five bottom rollers and four top rollers.
