Cable Tray Forming Machine
The cable tray forming machine is a specialized forming equipment in cable tray production lines. It continuously processes steel strips into finished cable trays through rolling, punching, and cutting. The equipment adopts a split adjustment system, with one set of rollers covering all specifications from 100×50 to 1000×200 mm. Electrically controlled automatic width adjustment takes only 10 minutes. It uses Cr12 hardened rollers (HRC58°-62°), with a production speed of 15 m/min and a punching speed of 20 m/min, suitable for 1-3 mm thick plates.

I. Arbitrary Combination of Tray Holes, Completed in One Stamping Operation
The equipment's stamping system is equipped with multiple independent dies, allowing for free combination of 1-8 rows of tray holes according to cable tray specifications. Hole layout is automatically executed after being set on the touchscreen, completing all hole stamping in a single feed. Whether using a single row or eight rows, the punching speed remains at 20m/min, ensuring production capacity is unaffected by the number of holes.
II. Independent Control of Connecting Plate Holes and Seven-Piece Buckle Holes, Preventing Interference
Two sets of dies operate independently, stamping simultaneously or individually. When producing cable trays requiring connecting plates, only the connecting plate holes are punched; when producing cable trays requiring seven-piece buckle connections, only the seven-piece buckle holes are punched. The two hole positions do not interfere with each other; one die completes the hole processing for both connection methods.
III. Two-Person Operation, 7000 Meters Per Shift
From uncoiling to rewinding, the entire line requires only two operators: one to monitor equipment operation and the other to handle rewinding and inspection. The equipment has a discharge speed of 15m/min and a theoretical production capacity of 7200 meters per hour of continuous operation. After deducting the time for changing rolls and adjustments, the actual output per shift is stable at 7000 meters, with an average output of 3500 meters per person per shift, resulting in extremely low labor costs.

A: Yes. Two sets of dies can work simultaneously, punching both types of holes in one feed. Alternatively, only one type can be punched as needed, with independent control to meet different connection requirements.
Q: Can the equipment produce ladder-side cable trays?
A: Yes. This equipment covers three types of cable trays: trough type, tray type, and ladder-side type. When producing ladder-side type, activate the ladder-side forming function module; the side forming will be a ladder-like structure. It shares a set of rollers with the trough type, requiring only parameter switching.
