Electrical Cabinet Production Equipment
The Electrical Cabinet Production Equipment is the core forming machine of the fully automated electrical cabinet production line. Integrating continuous punching, high-precision roll forming, length cutting, and automatic bending, it is the core section of the entire production line. Equipped with a Mitsubishi PLC control system and a touchscreen human-machine interface, it enables parameterized control and self-diagnosis of faults. As the core of the production line, this equipment requires only one operator, achieving a production speed of 1-2 cabinets per minute, with a daily capacity of 800-1200 units. It can process cabinet sizes ranging from 300×400 to 1800×2000 (customizable), and is suitable for the mass production of various electrical cabinet housings, including high and low voltage distribution cabinets, 21 power cabinets, and Rittal-style cabinets.

Product Advantages
- Heavy-duty main unit, specially designed for large cabinets. The equipment features a reinforced frame structure with ample rigidity, specifically designed for the large size and thick plates of electrical cabinets. Compared to ordinary distribution box forming equipment, this main unit has larger roller diameters and shaft diameters, and a thicker frame wall, ensuring that the equipment does not experience elastic deformation when processing wide and thick plates, guaranteeing cabinet forming accuracy.
- Cr12 rollers, wear-resistant and long-lasting. The forming rollers are CNC machined from Cr12 mold steel, and after quenching treatment, the hardness reaches HRC58°-60%, resulting in a high surface finish and excellent wear resistance. During long-term continuous production, the roller surface is less prone to wear pits or scratches, effectively extending the equipment's service life and reducing maintenance costs.
- Gearbox drive, stable and reliable. The main unit uses a gearbox drive mode, with all rollers synchronously driven by gear sets, ensuring precise transmission ratios. Compared to chain or belt drives, gearboxes have a stronger load-bearing capacity, eliminating slippage and tooth skipping, making them particularly suitable for roll forming of thick plates with large cross-sections, ensuring symmetrical sides and consistent dimensions of the cabinet.
- Hydraulic cutting produces a smooth cut surface. Utilizing a hydraulic cutting method with a Cr12MoV die, it offers high cutting force and speed. Cutting dimensional tolerances are controlled within ±0.5mm (length ≤1000mm), resulting in a smooth, burr-free cut surface that requires no subsequent grinding.

For processing thicker sheets (e.g., 2.0mm or more), customized reinforcement can be provided according to customer requirements, including increasing roller diameter, enhancing frame rigidity, and increasing hydraulic system pressure.
Q: Is the equipment difficult to operate? How many people are needed to operate it?
A: The equipment is equipped with a Mitsubishi PLC control system and a touchscreen human-machine interface. All parameters (such as dimensions, speed, punching position, etc.) can be set and accessed on the screen, making operation intuitive. Only one person is needed to operate the entire machine, responsible for feeding, monitoring the operating status, and collecting materials.
