Large Cabinet Formed in One Step
Addressing the large size and thick sheet metal characteristics of electrical cabinets, the equipment employs a heavy-duty roll forming main unit and a reinforced bending system, integrating multiple processes such as traditional shearing, assembly, welding, and grinding into one unit, directly forming the cabinet from the steel coil in a single step.
Dedicated Thick Plate Roll Forming Process
The equipment supports processing sheet metal of 1.2-1.5mm (customizable for even thicker thicknesses). The forming rollers are CNC machined from Cr12 mold steel, achieving a hardness of HRC58°-60° after quenching treatment, exhibiting excellent wear resistance. This prevents roller surface wear and deformation when processing thick plates, ensuring stable cabinet dimensional accuracy during long-term production.
Gearbox Drive, Ample Power
The main unit utilizes a gearbox drive system, providing strong load-bearing capacity, smooth transmission, and no slippage. This ensures the synchronization and consistency of large-section cabinets during the roll forming process, making it particularly suitable for continuous high-speed production of thick and wide cabinets.

Q: What are the differences in manufacturing processes between electrical cabinet enclosures and distribution boxes?
A: Electrical cabinet enclosures are larger and use thicker sheet metal, requiring higher rigidity and power from the forming machine. This production line uses gearbox drive and heavy-duty roller sets, specifically designed for sheet metal thicknesses of 1.2-1.5mm and above. The rollers are hardened to HRC58°-60°, enabling stable processing of large cabinets and ensuring forming accuracy and surface quality. Distribution box enclosures are relatively smaller and thinner, making the process less complex.
Q: What are the space requirements and installation conditions for the equipment?
A: The equipment occupies 28×2×3 meters (length×width×height), with a linear assembly line layout. Power requirements are 380V/415V, 50Hz, three-phase power, with a total motor power of 25kW. Air supply requirement is 0.5m³/min, pressure 0.7MPa. It is recommended that the factory building be at least 30 meters long and at least 5 meters wide (including operating passageways).
