Under high-load operation conditions with a daily production of 1000 housings, the rollers have a long normal service life, significantly reducing long-term maintenance costs.
  • Mitsubishi PLC + Touch Screen: Convenient Operation. The electrical control system uses a Mitsubishi PLC paired with a touch screen human-machine interface. All process parameters (casing dimensions, punching positions, production speed, etc.) can be directly set and stored on the screen. When changing products, the corresponding formula parameters can be retrieved with a single click, eliminating the need for manual input item by item, simplifying operation and avoiding human error.
  • With a wide range of adjustable dimensions and customizable depth, the equipment supports free adjustment of the housing plane dimensions from 300×400 to 1800×2000, covering a full range of products from miniature distribution boxes to large electrical cabinets. The cabinet depth is also customizable; one plane specification can match multiple depth options to meet the personalized needs of different customers and application scenarios. The stamping system can be configured with wiring holes and mounting holes as needed, fully adapting to non-standard customized orders.
