Q: How is the daily production capacity of 800-1200 units calculated? Can actual production reach this level?
A: The production capacity is calculated based on the equipment operating speed of 1-2 units/minute, and an effective working time of 8 hours per day. Actual daily production needs to deduct auxiliary time such as roll changing, die changing, and equipment inspection. If operating continuously in three shifts for 24 hours, the daily production capacity can be further increased.
Q: The equipment occupies 28×2×3 meters. Is it possible to arrange it in a layout with limited factory space?
A: The standard layout is a straight line arrangement, 28 meters long × 2 meters wide. Operational access and maintenance space must be reserved during actual installation. If the factory length is insufficient, you can provide a floor plan, and our technical staff can provide a customized layout plan.
