Electrical Enclosure Manufacturing Line
The Electrical Enclosure Manufacturing Line is a fully automated production line for the mass production of metal enclosures for various electrical equipment. Electrical enclosures are a general term for the common housings of high and low voltage switchgear, control cabinets, distribution boxes, terminal boxes, and other power equipment, covering a wide range of sizes from miniature distribution boxes to large electrical cabinets. The equipment uses Cr12 CNC machining rollers, gearbox drive, a Mitsubishi PLC control system, and a touchscreen human-machine interface. It requires only one operator and produces 1-2 enclosures per minute, with a daily output of 800-1200 units. The equipment supports freely adjustable enclosure sizes, ranging from 300×400 to 1800×2000 (customizable), meeting the mass production needs of various electrical enclosures from distribution boxes and power cabinets to high and low voltage switchgear.

Universal Platform, One Machine Produces the Entire Series
This production line is designed with a universal platform, compatible with the production of a full range of electrical enclosures, from distribution boxes to large electrical cabinets. By adjusting the forming host parameters and changing the punching dies, a single machine can switch between producing various enclosure products of different sizes and hole configurations, resulting in significantly higher equipment utilization and return on investment compared to dedicated single-model production.
One-Piece Molding for Higher Strength
The production line uses a one-piece molding process, directly roll-bending a single sheet into a rectangular four-sided enclosure, eliminating weld seams and stress concentration points caused by traditional welding processes. The one-piece molded enclosure structure is more robust and has stronger resistance to deformation, making it particularly suitable for electrical cabinet products with high mechanical strength requirements.
Flexible Size Adjustment to Adapt to Non-Standard Orders
The equipment supports free adjustment of the enclosure's length, width, and height, covering a range from 300×400 to 1800×2000 mm, with depth also adjustable. The stamping system can be configured with different numbers and positions of wire holes and mounting holes as needed, quickly responding to customers' non-standard customization requirements and helping companies undertake diversified orders without increasing equipment investment.

Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory located in Weifang, China. It possesses over twenty sets of advanced equipment, including a new precision machining center, NC lathes, CNC wire EDM machines, and a large automotive profile bending test platform. You are welcome to visit our factory at any time.
Q: What is the energy consumption of the production line?
A: The total motor power of the equipment is 25kW. The air supply requirement is 0.5m³/min at a pressure of 0.7MPa. The power requirement is 380V/415V, 50Hz three-phase power. Based on a daily production of 800-1200 shells, the energy consumption per unit is lower than traditional segmented processing methods. This is mainly because continuous operation reduces energy losses from frequent equipment start-ups and shutdowns, as well as energy consumption from handling intermediate processes.
Q: Can the production line process stainless steel shells?
A: The standard production line configuration is suitable for cold-rolled strip steel and galvanized strip steel. Customization is available for stainless steel processing.
