Electrical Cabinet Door Forming Machine

II. Naturally Formed Corner Edges, Eliminating the Need for Welding
Through precise angle control in the bending section, the equipment naturally forms corner edges after bending, resulting in tight joints at the corners, eliminating the need for corner welding or grinding. The finished door panel has neat corners without weld points, saving on welding materials and labor costs, and avoiding damage to the surface coating caused by post-weld grinding. This results in better overall aesthetics and corrosion resistance for the door panel.
III. Excellent Door Panel Flatness and Seamless Assembly in One Step
Utilizing a multi-point guiding and multi-pass uniform molding process, the door panel maintains a flat surface throughout the molding process. After bending, the door panel exhibits high flatness, fitting tightly with the cabinet edges. The sealing strip experiences uniform compression after installation, achieving a protection level of IP54 or higher. No additional leveling or adjustment is required during assembly.
