I. One-time stamping of glass window mounting openings, precise dimensions and no burrs

Fire cabinet doors require observation glass windows. The window size and the accuracy of the fixing holes directly affect the window frame installation. The equipment's stamping system completes the rectangular window cutting and screw hole punching on the door panel in one step. The Cr12MoV mold ensures smooth and flat cut edges, eliminating the need for subsequent trimming and deburring. The window size precisely matches the standard window frame profile, resulting in high assembly efficiency.

II. Pre-set emergency opening device mounting holes

Fire cabinet doors require emergency opening handles or glass breakers, with strict specifications for installation location and hole diameter. Based on the door panel assembly drawings provided by the customer, the stamping system pre-sets opening device mounting holes and fixing screw holes in the corresponding positions. The holes are precise and compatible with both left and right doors. Accessories can be directly installed during on-site assembly without additional drilling, avoiding damage to the door panel surface coating.

III. High precision fit between the door and cabinet body, flexible opening and closing

The fit between the bent fire cabinet door and the cabinet edge is crucial. Excessive gaps affect aesthetics and sealing, while insufficient gaps cause jamming during opening and closing. The equipment uses a high-precision bending and positioning system to ensure accurate bending angles. After the door panel is formed, the gap between it and the cabinet is uniform, the opening and closing is flexible and smooth, and the door is flush with the surface of the cabinet without warping when closed.
