Fire Hose Cabinet Door Panel Forming Equipment
Fire Hose Cabinet Door Panel Forming Equipment is a specialized forming machine for processing steel strips into fire hydrant cabinet door panels, integrating stamping, shearing, and bending. Compared to ordinary fire hydrant cabinet door panels, fire hydrant cabinet door panels require a larger glass observation window (for easy viewing of the fire hydrant and hose status) and an installation position for an emergency glass-breaking device. The equipment uses Cr12 hardened rollers (HRC58°-62°), PLC control, 30kW power, a speed of 0-4 pieces/minute, and an accuracy of ±0.5mm, capable of processing plates 0.5-1.5mm thick and 100-1000mm wide.

Product Advantages
I. Segmented Punching Process for Large Windows, Preventing Deformation in Large Openings
Fire hydrant box doors have large glass window areas, and single-punching can easily lead to stress concentration and edge deformation. The equipment uses a segmented progressive punching process, punching the large window multiple times. Each punching operation involves a small amount of material, resulting in uniform stress on the sheet metal. Combined with multi-point synchronous support during operation, this effectively prevents sheet distortion and edge waviness caused by large openings, resulting in high window flatness and stress-free glass after frame installation.
II. Precise Layout of Glass Breaking Device and Hinge Holes According to Fire Safety Regulations
Fire hydrant box doors require emergency glass breaking devices, and their installation location is subject to strict fire safety regulations. The equipment pre-punches installation holes and markings for the glass breaking device at designated locations on the door panel according to standards. Simultaneously, symmetrical hinge installation holes are pre-punched, allowing for left- or right-opening installation on the same door panel, reducing inventory variety and providing flexible on-site installation options.
III. Uniform gap between the bent door panel and the cabinet body, ensuring a tight seal when the door closes.
The gap between the fire hydrant cabinet door panel and the cabinet body must be uniform after closing. Too large a gap affects aesthetics, while too small a gap causes jamming when opening and closing. The equipment uses a high-precision bending and positioning system to ensure accurate and consistent bending angles on all four sides. This results in a high degree of flatness of the formed door panel, uniform gaps between it and the cabinet body edge, and a flush fit between the closed door and the cabinet surface, ensuring good sealing and smooth opening in emergencies.

FAQ
Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory located in Weifang, China. It possesses over twenty sets of advanced equipment, including a new precision machining center, NC lathes, CNC wire EDM machines, and a large automotive profile bending test platform. You are welcome to visit our factory at any time.
Q: What's the difference between a fire hydrant box door and a fire extinguisher box door?
A: Fire hydrant box doors are larger with larger glass windows, requiring pre-drilled holes for glass-breaking devices. Fire extinguisher box doors are smaller with narrower glass windows and don't require glass-breaking devices. The mold configurations differ, but the main unit is interchangeable.
Q: How to prevent rust on the edges of the stamped glass window?
A: The window edges are bare steel. It's recommended to use galvanized steel for processing. The zinc coating on the cut edges provides some rust protection. For higher requirements, the window edges can be coated with anti-rust paint or treated with a full spray coating.
