I. Multi-pass progressive roll forming for thin sheet metal without distortion
Thin sheets (minimum 0.5mm) used for door panels are prone to wavy edges and distortion during forming. The equipment employs a multi-pass progressive roll forming process, with deformation evenly distributed across each pass. The steel strip gradually deforms as it passes through each set of rollers, avoiding stress concentration and distortion caused by large-scale deformation at once, ensuring good flatness and straight edges of the door panel.
II. Cr12 hardened rollers for zero scratches on thin sheet surfaces
As cabinet exterior components, door panels require high surface quality. The rollers are made of Cr12 mold steel with a hardened surface (hardness HRC58°-62°) and precision-ground for excellent smoothness. The rollers effectively protect the sheet surface as it passes through, preventing scratches and indentations. After forming, the sheet can directly enter the painting process without grinding or repair, ensuring a high-quality appearance.
III. Reinforcing ribs integrally formed with the door panel for high rigidity and a superior appearance
Large door panels require reinforcing ribs to improve rigidity. During the rolling process, the equipment integrally forms longitudinal reinforcing ribs. The reinforcing ribs and the door panel are formed by continuous deformation of the same sheet material, without welding points or riveting points. This ensures both structural strength and a clean appearance, enhancing the bending resistance of the door panel without affecting the surface flatness.
