I. One-piece molding of glass window and panel, high precision and burr-free
Fire cabinet doors require observation glass windows with high dimensional accuracy. The equipment completes window cutting and fixing hole punching in one step in the stamping section. Cr12MoV molds ensure smooth, burr-free cuts, eliminating the need for subsequent trimming, and ensuring a precise match between the window and frame profiles.
II. Precise pre-punching of emergency handle mounting holes, eliminating the need for drilling during on-site assembly
Fire cabinet doors require emergency opening devices. The equipment pre-punches handle mounting holes and fixing screw holes in corresponding positions according to the assembly drawing. The holes are precisely positioned, allowing for direct installation of accessories during on-site assembly without drilling, thus avoiding damage to the door panel surface coating.
III. Flat and warp-free door panel after bending, tight fit between door and cabinet
The equipment uses multi-point guiding and uniform forming processes, resulting in a high degree of flatness in the bent door panel. The fit between the door and the cabinet edge is uniform, ensuring the door is flush with the cabinet surface without warping when closed, and allowing for smooth and flexible opening and closing.

Q: What's the difference between this equipment and the electrical cabinet door panel manufacturing equipment?
A: The mold configurations differ: fire extinguisher cabinet doors require punching glass windows and emergency handle holes; electrical cabinet doors require punching hinge holes and lock holes. The main unit structure is the same; production is switched by changing the molds.
Q: Will the edges of the cut glass windows rust?
A: The cut edges are bare steel. It is recommended to use galvanized steel or aluminum-zinc coated steel, as the cut edges have a certain degree of corrosion resistance. For higher corrosion resistance, a full coating after forming will cover all cut edges.
