The Low Voltage Switchgear Production Line is a fully automated production line specifically designed for one-piece molding of low-voltage switchgear cabinets. The line integrates uncoiling, leveling, servo feeding, continuous punching, high-precision roll forming, length cutting, and automatic bending. The process flow is: uncoiling → leveling → feeding → punching → forming → bending and cutting → receiving, achieving continuous, fully automated production from steel coils to finished U-shaped cabinets. The equipment uses Cr12 CNC machined rollers, gearbox transmission, a Mitsubishi PLC control system, and a touchscreen human-machine interface. Only one operator is required, with a production speed of 1-2 cabinets/minute and a daily output of 800-1200 units. The equipment supports freely adjustable cabinet dimensions and is compatible with mainstream low-voltage switchgear cabinet types such as GGD, GCK, and MNS. Non-standard customization is also available according to customer requirements.

  • Precision guaranteed, matching component installation requirements. Hydraulic cutting dimensional tolerances are controlled within ≤±0.5mm (length ≤1000mm). Precise cabinet verticality and edge parallelism during forming ensure accurate positioning of busbar mounting holes and electrical component mounting beams, avoiding component installation difficulties and copper busbar misalignment issues caused by cabinet dimensional deviations.
  • Pre-set copper busbar routing holes. The stamping system can pre-set wiring holes and through holes on the top, bottom, and side panels of the cabinet according to the main busbar and branch busbar routing. The size and position of the holes are precisely positioned based on the customer's electrical scheme. No openwork drilling is required during on-site assembly; wiring can be directly routed, ensuring safety and improving assembly efficiency.
  • Heavy-duty gearbox drive, worry-free thick plate forming. The thickness of low-voltage switchgear plates is typically 1.5-2.0mm, with some load-bearing parts reaching 2.5mm. The main unit uses gearbox transmission instead of belt transmission, which has strong load-bearing capacity and no slippage. Combined with hardened rollers with HRC58°-60°, it ensures accurate forming of thick plates and proper springback control during the rolling process, and the four corners of the cabinet are tightly joined without gaps.

A: The equipment supports freely adjustable cabinet sizes, ranging from 300×400 to 1800×2000 (customizable). Standard low-voltage switchgear such as GGD (width×depth×height: 600×600×2200, 800×800×2200, etc.) can be directly produced. It also supports flexible adjustment in depth to accommodate different component installation depth requirements.

Q: What are the differences between low-voltage switchgear production lines and high-voltage switchgear production lines?

A: The two differ in cabinet structure and dimensions. Low-voltage switchgear is typically 2200mm high and 600-1000mm deep, requiring the internal installation of multiple circuit switches and copper busbars. This necessitates more space and mounting holes within the cabinet, but the sheet metal thickness is usually 1.5-2.0mm. High-voltage switchgear is larger, has higher insulation requirements, and a more complex cabinet structure.
