Fire Cabinet Production Line

This production line completely overturns the traditional segmented production method of shearing, assembling, welding, and grinding, integrating processes such as uncoiling, leveling, servo feeding, continuous punching, high-precision cold bending, hydraulic cutting, automatic frame folding, and robotic automatic welding. The process flow is: uncoiling → leveling → feeding → punching → forming → hydraulic cutting → automatic frame folding → material collection → robotic automatic welding. The equipment adopts servo control and high-precision cold bending technology, is equipped with multiple national patents, and requires only one operator.

The servo control system drives the feeding and forming processes, combined with high-precision cold bending forming and other national patented technologies. Precise feeding step distance and accurate forming angle ensure stable dimensional tolerances and tight corner connections. One-time cold bending forming results in a continuous, single-plate structure on all four sides of the box, eliminating weak areas such as weld points. The mechanical strength and rigidity of the box are far superior to traditional welding methods, meeting the stringent durability requirements of fire protection products.
Robotic Automated Welding: Labor-Saving, Efficient, and More Stable
Production lines equipped with robotic automated welding systems replace traditional manual welding. Robotic welding offers stable speed, precise trajectory, and aesthetically pleasing welds, eliminating issues like incomplete or faulty welds.
