Fire Cabinet Roll Forming Machine

The equipment employs a multi-roll progressive cold bending process. The steel strip gradually bends to the target angle as it passes through each roller pass, avoiding cracking or excessive springback caused by a single large-angle bend. The forming rollers are CNC machined from Cr12 mold steel, hardened to HRC58°-60%, with a high surface finish and excellent wear resistance. Under high-load operation conditions of 1000 units per day, the rollers have a normal service life of 3-5 years without replacement, maintaining stable forming accuracy over a long period, significantly reducing maintenance costs and downtime losses.
Gearbox Synchronous Drive Eliminates Dimensional Deviations
All forming rollers are synchronously driven by a gearbox, ensuring precise transmission ratios and eliminating slippage and cumulative errors. Compared to chain or belt drives, gearboxes have a higher load-bearing capacity, ensuring that the linear speeds of the rollers on both sides of the steel belt are completely consistent. This results in a symmetrical box body with equal diagonal dimensions after forming, eliminating twisting and misalignment caused by asynchronous speeds.
