Fire Extinguisher Box Production Line
The Fire Extinguisher Box Production Line is a fully automated cold-bending production line specifically designed for one-piece molding of fire extinguisher boxes. Fire extinguisher boxes are typically 400-800mm high and 200-300mm deep, making them shallow boxes with a relatively simple structure. However, it requires high precision in the box's squareness and bottom strength to withstand the long-term pressure of the fire extinguisher's weight. The entire line integrates uncoiling, leveling, servo feeding, continuous punching, high-precision cold bending, hydraulic cutting, automatic frame folding, and robotic automatic welding. The process flow is: uncoiling → leveling → feeding → punching → forming → hydraulic cutting → automatic frame folding → material collection → robotic automatic welding.

One-piece reinforced bottom structure
Fire extinguisher boxes need to support the weight of fire extinguishers ranging from several kilograms to tens of kilograms, making bottom strength crucial. The equipment can stamp out reinforcing ribs or grooves during the bottom panel molding process, enhancing the bending resistance of the bottom plate without the need for subsequent welding of reinforcing beams. The depth and shape of the reinforcing ribs can be customized according to the total weight of the fire extinguishers.
Bulk pre-punching of vent holes to meet fire safety regulations
Fire extinguisher boxes are required by fire safety regulations to have vent holes to release any leaks and prevent pressure buildup. The equipment can batch-punch standard vent holes on both sides or the back panel of the box. The holes are evenly distributed and have standard diameters, meeting industry standards for fire extinguisher boxes without requiring a separate drilling process.
High box squareness, no adjustment required for glass door installation
Fire extinguisher boxes are often equipped with transparent glass doors for quick identification of the type and condition of fire extinguishers inside during emergencies. The equipment adopts a patented high-precision cold bending forming technology to ensure that the four corners of the cabinet are precisely 90° and the edges are flat. After the glass door is installed, the gaps around it are uniform and it can be opened and closed freely without the need for on-site repair and leveling of the cabinet.

Q: Can the fire extinguisher box production line produce single-bottle and double-bottle boxes?
A: Yes. The equipment can produce single-bottle fire extinguisher boxes (common width 350-400mm) and double-bottle fire extinguisher boxes (common width 600-700mm) by adjusting the box width. The same machine can be quickly switched without replacing the main unit. For production of three or more bottles, the size range must be confirmed during model selection, and the adjustment range will be optimized at the factory.
Q: How are the mounting holes for the fire extinguisher straps pre-drilled in the fire extinguisher box?
A: Nylon straps or metal clamps need to be installed inside the fire extinguisher box to secure the fire extinguishers and prevent tipping. The equipment can pre-set mounting holes for the straps on the back panel of the box according to the customer's provided strap model and installation location. The number and position of the holes can be precisely configured according to the number of fire extinguishers (single or double). On-site assembly simply involves installing the fixing accessories.
