The entire line integrates uncoiling, leveling, servo feeding, continuous punching, high-precision cold bending, hydraulic cutting, automatic frame folding, and robotic welding. It requires only one operator and produces approximately 110 boxes per hour, with a daily output of up to 1000 units.

One-piece stamping molding of glass window frame mounting positions
Fire hydrant boxes typically require an observation glass window on the front for quick identification of equipment inside in emergencies. The stamping system pre-sets the glass window frame mounting openings directly on the box panel. The opening size and fixing hole positions are precisely configured according to standard window frame profiles, resulting in smooth, flat edges that require no subsequent cutting or trimming.
Precisely pre-set mounting holes for hose hangers and alarm buttons
Fire hydrant boxes require fixed fire hose hangers, nozzle supports, and alarm buttons. The equipment can pre-set mounting holes on the back or side panels of the box according to the customer's internal layout plan. During on-site assembly, all components are directly bolted in, eliminating the need for on-site marking and drilling, increasing assembly efficiency by over 50%.
High box squareness, no adjustment required for door installation
The equipment uses a patented high-precision cold-bending forming technology, ensuring that all four corners of the box are 90° right angles with minimal diagonal error. The enclosure has a flat edge and consistent depth. After installation, the gap between the door and the enclosure is uniform, and the door opens and closes smoothly without requiring on-site adjustments, saving installation time.

If customers require both products, they can confirm the commonly used specifications during model selection, and the corresponding die set will be configured upon delivery.
Q: Will the edges of the glass window mounting holes in the fire hydrant box rust after cutting?
A: The cut edges will be exposed metal. The equipment uses a cold-working method during forming, resulting in smooth cut edges. It is recommended to use galvanized steel or aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets, as these types of sheets have a certain degree of corrosion resistance at the cut edges. For higher corrosion resistance requirements, the entire box can be sprayed or powder-coated after forming, covering all cut edges in one go.
