Quick switching between single and double cylinder specifications.
Fire extinguisher boxes are available in single-cylinder (350-400mm wide) and double-cylinder (600-700mm wide) sizes. The equipment allows for quick switching between the two sizes by adjusting the box width parameter, eliminating the need to change molds. A: No. Fire extinguisher boxes are used to store portable fire extinguishers. They are smaller in size and shallower (200-300mm), with a simpler structure. Fire hydrant boxes are used to store fire hydrants, hoses, and nozzles. They are larger and require space for glass frames, alarm buttons, etc. This production line can produce both products by adjusting dimensions and changing molds.
Q: Does the bottom of the fire extinguisher box need additional reinforcement?
A: The bottom load-bearing capacity depends on the weight of the fire extinguisher and the thickness of the sheet metal. The equipment has already stamped reinforcing ribs on the bottom plate to enhance rigidity. If the customer's fire extinguishers are heavy, thicker sheet metal can be selected, or a bottom reinforcement solution can be requested during the selection process. Technicians can customize the bottom forming process.
