The Electrical Appliance Enclosure Production Line is an automated cold-bending forming machine specifically designed for the one-time forming of metal enclosures for various electrical appliances. It can process enclosures and door panels for products such as distribution boxes, control cabinets, switch cabinets, and network cabinets. The entire line integrates uncoiling, leveling, servo feeding, punching, roll forming, cutting, and bending, and is controlled by a PLC, operated via a touch screen, and driven by a gearbox. The equipment features a modular design, allowing for flexible customization of functional units according to customer product specifications and process requirements.

I. Modular Design, Flexible Configuration as Needed
Electrical enclosures come in many types and specifications (distribution boxes, control cabinets, network cabinets, etc.), each with different process requirements. This line adopts a modular design, allowing for the free combination of unit machines for uncoiling, leveling, punching, roll forming, cutting, and bending according to customer product needs. It can meet the production requirements of standard enclosures and can also be expanded into an enclosure production line with special structures such as observation windows and louvered ventilation holes, without the need for additional specialized equipment.
II. One Machine Covers Multiple Enclosure Products
By changing the roller sets and adjusting the forming parameters, the same production line can sequentially produce various electrical enclosure components such as distribution box enclosures, control cabinet doors, and cabinet upright profiles. GGD, 8MF, 9-fold, and 16-fold electrical cabinet frame profiles can all be formed on this line, significantly reducing equipment investment and workshop space requirements.
III. Strong Customization Capabilities, Adaptable to Non-Standard Needs
Core parameters of the equipment can be customized according to customer requirements, including material thickness (0.4-6mm), production speed (0-15m/min), product length, punching position and quantity, etc. Cr12 hardened rollers (HRC58°-62°), gearbox drive, and Mitsubishi PLC control ensure stable forming accuracy for products of different specifications, with a cutting tolerance ≤±0.5mm (length ≤1000mm), meeting the assembly accuracy requirements of various electrical appliance housings.
