Traditionally, this requires multiple stamping and bending machines. This equipment integrates stamping and roll forming into a continuous production line, completing the process from uncoiling to finished shell in one go. Each process is automatically connected, requiring no manual intervention, significantly shortening the process flow.
II. Flexible Adjustment for Multiple Models on the Same Line
Microwave ovens offer a rich product series (different power and capacity correspond to different shell sizes). The equipment supports free adjustment of the cabinet's length, width, and height. Changing models is completed simply by inputting parameters on the touch panel. One machine can cover various capacity specifications such as 20L, 25L, and 30L. A: Yes. The outer shell structure of ovens and steam ovens is similar to that of microwave ovens, with the main differences being the location of the ventilation holes and the internal mounting holes.
