II. Roll Forming + Bending Composite Process, One-Stop Forming of Complex Shells

Refrigerator cabinet shells require multiple complex processes such as roll forming of the sides, edge flanging and binding, and end bending. The equipment integrates a roll forming main unit, Z-edge overlapping and binding machine, end bending machine, and U-shaped bending machine into one unit. After the fixed-length sheet material is fed in, it can continuously complete all processing from flat sheet to finished product without intermediate transfer or secondary clamping.

 

III. Flexible Changeover, Quick Switching Between Different Models

Refrigerator cabinet products have many models and large size differences (height 450-2000mm, width 450-700mm, depth 400-650mm). The equipment supports rapid adjustment of parameters such as width, depth, and length, and with a quick-change mold design, it adapts to the needs of multi-variety, small-batch production.

Q: What thickness of sheet metal can the production line process?

A: The standard configuration can process sheet metal from 0.4-6mm thick, suitable for cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, and PCM color-coated steel. Refrigerator outer shells commonly use 0.4-0.6mm thin sheets, while thicker sheets can be used for freezers and commercial cabinets. Customers can specify the thickness range when selecting a model.

Q: How automated is the production line?

A: The entire line integrates automatic feeding, punching, rolling, bending, and unloading processes. Optional automatic condenser tube application systems and robotic unloading are available, enabling unmanned continuous production. The entire line is centrally controlled by a PLC, requiring only one person to monitor production.
